From I-65
Take exit 310 to Alabama Highway 157.  Travel east on Alabama Highway
157 (approximately 2.9 miles) until you reach the intersection of Eva Road NE and Alabama Highway 157. At this intersection you will see an Exxon gas station and Cullman Savings Bank.

Turn right onto Eva Road NE. Travel one block and turn left onto Wall Street. The Surgery Center of Cullman will be the first brick building to the left.

From Alabama Highway 69
From the intersection of Alabama Highway 69 and Alabama Highway 157, turn onto Alabama Highway 157 and travel west (approximately 2.6
miles) until you reach the intersection of Eva Road NE and Alabama Highway 157. At this intersection you will see an Exxon gas station and Cullman Savings Bank.

Turn left onto Eva Road NE. Travel one block and turn left onto Wall Street NE. The Surgery Center of Cullman will be the first brick building to the left.

From Alabama Highway 278
Turn onto 2nd Avenue SE and travel north approximately 1 mile until you see a stop light at 13th Street NE. At the stop light, turn right onto 13th Street NE. Stay on 13th Street NE for approximately 2 blocks until you reach Eva Road NE. Cullman High School will be on your right. At the stop light in front of Cullman High School, turn left onto Eva Road NE. Travel approximately 1.1 miles on Eva Road NE and turn right onto Wall Street NE.

The Surgery Center of Cullman will be the first brick building to your left.
